Accomplishments• In concert with the Vice President of Student Affairs, restructured and implemented a new division within Student Affairs, Community Outreach & Enrollment Development, resulting in the reorganization and centralization of Student Affairs departments to include Early College (Achieving a High School Education, Hoop of Learning, and concurrent and dual enrollment programs), Recruitment & Outreach, and ESL Support Services (2011)• In partnership with the Dean of Academic Affairs, initiated and restructured enrollment services reflecting a “one-stop” process for during peak registration to increase seamless delivery of services and reduction of inefficient process impeding enrollment. • Developed, implemented and executed college wide Service Excellence standards in alignment with College mission, vision and goals resulting in its adoption among the MCC institutional values, employee expectations and performance standards• In partnership with the Dean of Academic Affairs, developed and executed a comprehensive academic advisement model for faculty advisement- F.A.C.T.
