Currently I am thrilled to work with a group of fellow intrepreneurs as we work like a Health care start up, inside a payer. We follow a fail-fast, agile process while prototyping (80+) technical solutions (Alexa skills, machine learning web apps, mixed reality mobile apps) from discovery through design to delivery. We innovate across the board and deliver real results like significantly reduced training time and faster customer resolution time. Other examples include driving member & provider engagement, and dashboards to help provide care for members with chronic conditions. My team is also responsible to deliver internal, IT communications including 3 internal technical conferences (averaging 1150 attendees, 40 sessions) and 6 All IT associate meetings.
