  • Schedule and host all Agile Ceremonies (Stand Ups, Grooming Sessions, Showcases and Retrospectives).• Facilitate Stand Ups by ensuring everyone provides their updates, any required followup discussions are clear and any blocked issues are addressed. Also facilitate post-Stand Up discussions as required.• Plan and facilitate Grooming Sessions by ensuring the discussion leads to tasks and acceptance criteria defined in each card that are detailed, complete, organized and understood as discrete Definition of Done.• Plan and facilitate Showcases by highlighting iteration velocity, burn down charts and release status, reviewing the list of cards completed during the iteration, highlighting contributions and introducing individual demos, while giving focus to the Iteration Goal(s) and providing context as appropriate.• Ensure all members of the core team are engaged and all blockers/impediments are made visible and addressed.• Work with Offering Manager to prioritize backlog and define User Needs and Requirements for coming releases.• Prepare and present weekly or biweekly development status reports to Executive Manage
