It is a great pleasure for me to write this recommendation letter for Karolina. I know Karolina since the beginning of 2015. One year of my acquaintance with her allows me to claim with full conviction that she is really an expert in her field, which is business analysis, project management and team coordination. Karolina is one of the TestWarez co-organizers and she is really perfect in her role, whether it is her work in the Programme Committe or coordination of some technical activities involving many people. She can really motivate people to do their jobs on time, like sending the presentation for the conference - and I know something about it... Karolina is also a respectable Polish author. She has published several books on quality assurance and software testing. I was very impressed especially with the book of Karolina and Bartosz Chrabski. It was published by one of the polish leading professional publishers, PWN and entitled "Inżynieria wymagań w praktyce" (The Practice of Requirements Engineering). Studium przypadku" (Software Testing: A Case Study). We are the editors of this publication and we have to work with many different authors who contribute to the book. This requires a very nice management skills. I am really impressed not only about Karolina's abilities to organize our work, managing and delegating tasks and use the team collaboration tools (like Asana), but also about her efficiency. Many people agreed to join the project just because of her being the editor. This really says something about the esteem that she has in the tester's community in Poland. The last but very important thing I would like to stress and which I appreciate very much is Karolina's enormous contribution to the QA community in Poland. Among others, she has been a very active member of the REQB Board, she has also co-authored IQBBA certification scheme, she is a founder and the editor of the Quale magazine, a co-organizer of the WarszawQA meetings and she also works (together with me) in the Revision Committee of the SJSI. Probably this is just a small part of her pro-bono activities in the field of QA and software testing. Apart from the professional skills, Karolina is also a very smart, easy-going and open minded person. I have no doubts that she can be a great team support as a manager or QA specialist and I strongly recommend Karolina for such positions.

I had an opportunity to work with Karolina on several projects, ranging from small to complex initiatives. In most cases Karolina was the leading force behind the initiative. In each of the initiatives Karolina proved her skills in the area of managing the project as well as stakeholders and communication.
