• Built and supported systems for Aqua Tots Swim Schools franchise locations, which integrated with the client’s POS, and synchronized student data around the clock. • Automated a time-consuming manual/written process for swim instructors to deliver a child’s daily report card to parents in a PDF document via email. • The software has been running smoothly and successfully since 2017 with 22 of the highest producing Aqua Tots franchisees in the USA, and virtually no maintenance/support needed. • Successfully built an entire web application supporting multiple browsers and mobile devices to easily allow instructors to enter child swim performance data. This project was developed and deployed in record time and proven highly successful. • Transformed a lengthy manual process into an easy to use, point and click web application, which allows report cards to be filled out in seconds. This system dramatically improved instructor productivity and cut costs. • Full Stack development consisted of creating database schema, views, and stored procedures, backend WCF Windows Services to handle various jobs, such as data sync, batch emailing, and system health.
