  As a Super Guru, I deal with a wide variety of tasks and have the role of adapting to cater to what the team and client needs. No two days are the same so my skills in being structured but versatile are essential.Learning and development is a key part of my role; I have the responsibility of training and coaching my team on everything from products, to sales techniques, to confidence building. I track their growth and implement training sessions to tackle their areas of improvement.Problem solving is also one of the major parts of my role; I resolve technical issues not just for our team, but for consumer and business clients, by appointment in store or by arranging workshops and training events.I also organise and run events for businesses, charities, schools, etc, to provide support and increase knowledge on technology, as well as promote what O2 as a business can bring to everyone. On behalf of O2, I’ve held events for major businesses such as DWF Law, Swinton Insurance, Brightstar, MAG, Leyland Trucks, NSPCC, Manchester Student Social and many more. They take a large amount of planning and organising, but have always been a great success.Besides my role objectives, I go beyond and provide marketing for our stores and events. I’ve created promotional materials for stores across the region and O2’s social media, as well as materials to use during events out of store. My graphic design skills play a key part in making sure marketing and promotion before and during an event positively impacts the results.
