  As Sr. Manager for Special Projects, I worked with Research Administration Services to facilitate and protect the research community of the Harvard Faculty of Arts and Sciences by using data to support strategic decision-making, designing reports and data visualizations, analyzing trends in sponsored funding, creating and promoting staff development courses and programs, and collaborating with administrators across Harvard, the northeast, and nationwide. As Director of Education and Outreach, I supported the professional development needs of the Harvard Faculty of Arts and Sciences research community by fostering organizational learning, championing continuous improvement, facilitating studies and special projects, and advising on the design and implementation of systems, policies, and procedures. Managed a team of short term research administration consultants which support FAS departments with onboarding, vacancies, and special projects. Oversaw interns and intern program. As Finance and Education Specialist, I was responsible for monitoring compliance with policies and procedures related to post-award sponsored research administration. Participated and lead periodic training programs for administrators. Developed materials for training on sponsored research financial and compliance matters. Provided advice on Harvard/Federal policies. Assisted departmental staff on time-sensitive needs in sponsored administration. Recommended changes in departmental procedures related to compliance and grants management. Provided training to department and financial administrators, faculty, and support staff on Harvard and FAS systems supporting sponsored research, via classroom and individual tutoring. Developed curriculum and course materials for training as new systems were introduced.
