In addition to creating and implementing discipleship and fellowship opportunities for families with children, I also directed a weekday preschool program for children ages one through four. As the director, I hired and supervised teachers, managed school finances, and addressed parent concerns. My ministry responsibilities also included planning and leading monthly senior adult gatherings and trips.
