Voor een groot deel van de bestaande woningvoorraad vormen warmtepompen een belangrijke eerste spijtvrije stap van de renovatieoplossing. In het beleidsprogramma Versnelling Verduurzaming Gebouwde Omgeving wordt als doel gesteld om in 2030 één miljoen warmtepompen geïnstalleerd te hebben in bestaande gebouwen. Hiervoor moet het tempo omhoog naar ruim 100.000 extra installaties per jaar, ofwel 500 extra per dag. Installatiebedrijven hebben een sleutelrol om deze versnelling te realiseren, samen met de fabrikanten, groothandel, klanten, scholen, overheden en kennisorganisaties. Daarvoor moeten ze wel iets wezenlijk anders gaan doen. Het consortium, met daarin 9 toonaangevende installatiepartijen met ruim 2 miljoen klanten, slaat de handen ineen om binnen 3 jaar het installatietempo van (hybride) warmtepompen te versnellen met 500 per dag. Met de opgedane oplossingen, kennis en kunde wordt daarnaast versnelling gecreëerd in de rest van de installatiesector. Resultaat 1. Vergroten van de capaciteit bij installatiebedrijven. a. We halveren de tijd die nodig is voor intake, werkvoorbereiding (6 naar 3 uur), installatie en nazorg van een (hybride) warmtepompinstallatie (32 naar 16 uur). b. We delen taken op en diversifiëren in de complexiteit van installatie-activiteiten: startende monteurs (MBO 2 en 3) kunnen sneller aan de slag, en hooggekwalificeerde mensen worden effectiever ingezet. 2. Nieuwe en verbeterde (hybride) installatieconcepten. a. We ontwikkelen drie verbeterde installatieconcepten, waarmee voor meer woningen een hybride warmtepomp ook spijtvrij en betaalbaar kan worden geïnstalleerd. 3. Installatie betaalbaar maken voor een grotere groep gebouweigenaren. a. We verlagen de installatiekosten met 30% door verkorting van de installatietijd en verhoging van standaardisatie en seriematig werken. b. We zorgen voor 15% minder energiegebruik door betere inregelmogelijkheden voor installaties, prestatiemonitoring en service op afstand Show less
