      I was responsible for the development and operation of battlefield training simulation systems that supports military experiments. Led and worked with a team of developers locally and abroad to perform system customisations and developments to meet the demands of each experiments, and work closely with key stakeholders to ensure the success of each simulation runs. When I first joined the team, experiments are often time consuming and expensive. The fact that analysis can only be done at the end restricts the ability for commanders to make changes during the simulation run. Our team developed and deployed a live dashboard that feeds simultation data and voice data from respectively participants, presenting to key stakeholders all the data required for making realtime decision and commands. Successes includes reduction of simultion run, saving time, cost and resources and a more holistic and realistic simulation results. Besides my core work duties, I collaborated with Nanyang Polytechnics to develop personnel tracking system, which leverages on both location and imaging technologies, to monitor personnel movement in restricted areas. Achievements: 1. Enhanced the way experiments are conducted with real-time data feedback 2. Developed real-time reporting dashboard allowing real-time decision making, and increasing customer satisfatory 3.
