  The Advancement Records Specialist is responsible for the maintenance of accurate records on each alumnus of MSU, as well as donors, prospects and other friends of the institution. This includes maintaining accurate biographical and gift records, as well as electronic, hard copy and imaged versions of each file as appropriate. The Advancement Records Specialist also extensively uses the University’s mainframe and Raiser’s Edge software system to query lists utilized for communication with the audiences of MSU. The Advancement Records Specialist works in the Office of Alumni Relations and Development at Morehead State University and provides support for fundraising and friend raising efforts. Show less
