C'est aujourd'hui, en 2015, un professionnel expérimenté et polyvalent des fonctions RH en entreprise. Il me semble mûr pour occuper un poste de RRH où son sérieux et son sens des responsabilités, sa technicité et ses qualités humaines (notamment un bon sens de l'écoute), lui permettront d'être l'interlocuteur pertinent des collaborateurs comme de l'équipe de management de son entité.
