Sagar is a fantastic employee. A JBoss expert, he was able to guide me in learning about Java application servers. His determination when learning the very nitty-gritty of Sharepoint was also very impressive. He not only knows how to handle the technology involved in doing Release Management, but he knows how to gently handle the customers, too.
