Mark has made me better at what I do. As simple a statement as that is, it is not easy to a) inspire change in someone b) promote call to action c) hold accountable. Mark is capable of each, while leading by example. Whether because he was willing to directly challenge my convention or I simply was privy to his ability to perform, Mark has created an environment where I am edified and wish to be better in my own performance, clarity and forethought. I strive to know people (and work with people) whom I can learn from and whom will hold me accountable. Mark is both for me. Mark's roots as a practitioner enable him to not only be a delivery focused leader, but also one whom can uniquely apply know how to problem resolution while creating an atmosphere of knowledge transfer and mentorship. Without proper expectation setting, communication and accountability, delivery is moot, however. Fortunately for any one working with Mark, he has the ability to manage a highly complex environment while still building rapport and trust with internal and external teams. I would work with Mark over and over again and highly recommend him for any organization which allows one to lead by example.

Mark was the first Ensighten employee on the ground in Australia. Mark went out of his was to ensure our implementation of Manage (Ensighten's Tag manager) was a success. Suncorp has a complex digital environment, multiple brands; sites, native apps, hybrid apps etc. Mark was always available to answer question, help out and garner support from the greater Ensighten family. He frequently connected us with the right people within Ensighten to help us implement not only faster, but also ensure a quality and future proofed implementation.
