Som en del af min 3-måneders studiepraktik i Agilent havde jeg fornøjelsen af, sammen med min medpraktikant, at kigge nærmere på onboarding, EXIT-interview analyser og performance evalueringer - i et globalt perspektiv, hvilket betød at vi havde en del korrespondance med kollegaer fra USA. Metoden var meget metodologisk i at identificere udfordringer og mulige handlinger, som vi så videre anbefalede den nordiske HR-chef.
