  WOMEN on Wings aims at increasing the earning power of women in India. Our objective is to make women economically independent, by advising them in the areas of management, marketing and communication. When the cycle of poverty is broken, they can create a better future for their children. ON demand, we can advise existing companies that are run mainly by women. We will define the necessary marketing and communication strategies, from a customer perspective. We apply Western business models to local and regional working methods. This will improve the learning curve, and, ultimately, increase the growth of the companies. WINGS are a metaphor for added freedom and growth potential. They are the result of working together on customer orientation. Following the advisory stage, we support the implementation of the plans that were agreed on.
