Worked with a defense contractor client to develop a Change Management tool for their Information Services (IS) department. The Business Process automation was completed in Interneer's Intellect Business Process Management tool. With the launch of this new system the client is more than halfway to DCAA audit compliance in their IS organization. Having automated their own process the client was able to get a ChM Tool that was the right size and fit for their organization in less than a 90 days.
