Petra Chavez is an amazing professional speaker and was a great source of relief to the Human Resources Office as well as many laid off individuals at The Warranty Group. Petra's delivery of assurances to TWG's employees regarding resources at Jefferson County Workforce Center was timely as well as sensitive. In as delicate a situation as a layoff, Petra was able to convey the proper amount of professionalism while engaging each member of our company that she interacted with. Highly recommended.

Petra is a caring, unselfish professional who continuously goes above and beyond in accomplishing her duties. She exercises sound judgement and maturity above and beyond expectations. Having worked with Petra for over five years, I ’ve learned to appreciate her for her competence and ability. Her calm, steadied personality are proven assets when working with difficult customers. Other staff members have often voiced their appreciation for the times Petra has volunteered to work with customers they may have had difficulty working with. Petra is truly an asset to our organization.
