  Founding member of Stellar Loyalty, an enterprise data and experiences platform with a focus on Loyalty. I was an engineering leader, architect, and product owner for several core components including campaigns, messages, content management, reporting, and web SDKs. I personally designed and built several key UX components such as the Stellar content editor, reporting framework, and JavaScript SDK. I hired and managed a team of developers and UX engineers to work on the core platform and also help customers build loyalty portals using our SDKs and APIs. I also worked directly with strategic accounts (e.g. Vans, TNF) to advise their architects and developers on best practices and solutions. Stellar Loyalty Inc. is the first applications provider to deliver breakthrough cloud-based, big data customer loyalty solutions.   I was one of the founding members of Marketo and and a core leader in the engineering and product team for seven incredible years. I saw the team through the IPO and afterward. I initially built most of the core UI myself, then hired and managed a Applications/UI Team of seven engineers, remaining hands-on and leading by example. I was promoted multiple times and had the opportunity to play many roles over the years, ranging from full-stack developer, engineering manager/director, UI designer, product manager, release manager, and principal engineer / architect. I led the development efforts for most of our customer-facing applications, such as Lead Management (Smart Lists, Smart Campaigns, Programs, Analytics, and many more), Sales Insight (in SFDC), mobile, and the Marketing Calendar. I remained an active full-stack developer and committed code every day, mostly in JavaScript (ExtJS 0.33-4.2), PHP, SQL, and Node.js.
