  As a student supervisor, I had opportunity to work directly with both domestic and international students while they are in Special Education Program. I encourage the personal growth of students by encouraging them to adapt to new surroundings in the classroom and seek rewarding ways of achieving their success in the field. I also continuously evaluate the personal progression of my student teachers by leading weekly mentor meeting. In the group, we help support each other to develop professional skills and commitment to stay positive, find their strengths and improving on their weaknesses.
