The Russian Art Academy offers a traditional educational programme based on Classical principles of drawing, painting and conservation skills and provides students with an academic skills to become professional painters.

As a past student I like to highly recommend the Russian Art Academy. In 2014 I attended the Russian Academy for six months, doing part of their first year program. As I had limited time, I added the extra evening and Easter holiday courses on offer which were interesting and very helpful. All together it was the perfect complimentary study for me, as in the previous year I had just finished my BA with Honours in Fine Arts. The Academy gave me essential additional knowledge and confidence which I was still lacking as an artist. The professors and staff at the academy are of the highest standards. The anatomy, the composition, the drawing and oil painting classes were most interesting and I still reap the rewards of them now every day.
