Engaging and collaborative - traits that perfectly describe Noriel as team player. I was able to work alongside Noriel for about three years, where worked together on major system upgrades and client-customized solutions. As a channel manager, she was the team's project manager and liasion between business and IT groups. She stood out in the team because of her collaborative nature. She would make it a point to communicate with different units and consult with the right people so that perspectives from all stakeholders are taken into account when making decisions. Even outside projects, Noriel is someone people would look up to. Newer members of the team especially, would go to her for advice, and despite her busy schedule, she would take time to listen, guide, and support her teammates when needed. I learned a great deal from Noriel, and it was a pleasure working alongside her. I strongly believe she would make a valuable asset in any team, and I give her my full recommendation.

I had the opportunity to work with Noriel for a total of four years in Metrobank. She was a Product Development Associate when I first joined the bank. As a senior associate at the time, she naturally guided me and the other new additions to the team. Even then, she showed that she was capable of leading her own team. When she later moved to another team as a Channel Manager, I had the opportunity to work closely with her on several cash management projects – including the bank’s Internet Banking replacement project, and a joint project with the bank’s retail team to digitalize an existing cash management service. She has always proven to be a very reliable worker, one that understands her role in the company well and goes the extra mile to deliver. Despite us being in different teams in her last few years in the bank, she supported her peers with her extensive previous experience as a product associate and product manager. She is quick to learn the ropes in every role she is given, as I have seen her be re-assigned to different positions and teams in our four years together, proving that she will be a significant addition to any organization she may join.
