I have had the great pleasure of working with Tara and the Global Players Team for several years now. The passion they bring to the field of international education goes unmatched. Whether it is working on custom programs, setting up internships or just collaborating to find the best solutions for our specific student-athlete profile the end goal is always to provide an amazing and unique experiential opportunity abroad. Tara specifically has a drive that never ceases to amaze me. Her willingness to go the extra mile for one student or twenty is a direct result of both her passion for the field and her confidence in the experiences she and her team can provide. I worked alongside Tara on the Student-Athlete Task Force through the Diversity Abroad Network and her ability to lead and articulate ideas to the benefit of this group of students were inspiring. She has a natural ability to lead while also being a team player when needed. This led to two successful Diversity Abroad Conference workshops to better inform colleagues of the unique struggles these students face and the opportunities that await them abroad. Study abroad continues to lack in student-athlete representation, but thanks to Tara and Global Players the future looks bright. I look forward to continuing to work with this dedicated team as we continue to try and make study abroad inclusive for all.

I'm thrilled to have Tara as a speaker at this year's 5th anniversary edition of Spark - a conference for female entrepreneurs in the Netherlands. Tara is leading a masterclass on behalf of her work at Global Players. Tara also sat on a panel for Spark last Fall and inspired a room full of international business owners when she shared her own experience running a business in the Netherlands. I've always appreciated Tara's professionalism, high energy, and thinking outside the box mentality. We've collaborated on several occasions and not always within one sphere which I think is in itself telling. Higher education, the StartUp scene, and female entrepreneurship are all sectors we both value and contribute to.
