  BSF is an international not for profit ministry with more than 1,000 classes around the globe. I am responsible for the Mountain View Day Women's class of about 350 diverse women, 90 children, and 50 leaders. My role includes training leaders, lecturing weekly to class members, facilitating discussion groups, recruiting leaders, and fostering a relationship with our host churches. I've established both Mandarin and Spanish speaking discussion groups to help grow our class to meet the needs of more women. This is a volunteer job, requiring about 20 hours weekly. Show less
