I worked with Jonathan while managing an outsourced team supporting The Redford Center’s accounting processes. He was great to work with, both personally and professionally. He has great attention to detail, keeps things moving at the agreed to pace, and is always willing to try new things in order to improve and streamline systems. Even though his role encompassed far more than just accounting, we never had to chase him to get his part of the work done. The organization grew a lot during our work together, as did Jonathan’s understanding of the nuances of accounting. He asks great questions. He’s smart, hardworking, and trustworthy. I would be happy to work with him again.

I worked with Jonathan for 6+ years in different capacities while at The Redford Center. I was a consultant to the organization when Jonathan was hired as one of its very first full time employees. During that time, in addition to building out the young organization's operations and administration policies and infrastructure, Jonathan developed the organization's Fiscal Sponsorship program, which is one of the organization's most important programs. For the filmmakers accepted into the program, Jonathan provides a level of care and attention that is uncommon in similar programs, offering individual advice, leadership, guidance and support with legal issues, contracts, fundraising, film production, and distribution. What has always made Jonathan a cut above in his position is that if he doesn't know the answer, he will take the time to find it for you. When I became a full time employee at The Redford Center to direct the program I developed - Redford Center Grants - I worked hand-in-hand with Jonathan to provide that same critical customized, bespoke level of attention to all the filmmakers and film teams in both of our programs. Having Jonathan on my team was assuring: if I needed help on anything, and in any way--from social media, to administrative and accounting, to database management, to media asset acquisition and management, to better learning how we could be great mentors to those we supervised--I could always rely on Jonathan's support to do and be our very best. Jonathan's work has helped to elevate the organization's brand and notoriety in the film community and beyond, and if given the chance to be on a work team with Jonathan again, I wouldn't hesitate!

I worked with Jonathan quite closely during my initial days with RMF India as Director of Programs. I found Jonathan to be very cooperative who would always provide space to his new colleague for learning and understanding business. Jonathan is a good listener and which is why he would come out to be firm & articulate in providing administrative & logistical guidelines and way forward. Jonathan is good at keeping track of program processes and is excellent at communication. I wish him all the very best for his future endeavors.
