I serve as an instructional leader, overseeing the quality of the Secondary educational programme and implementing strategic priorities through effective distributed leadership so as to promote the highest standards of well-being and learning. Safety and Well-being for Secondary Students – implemented three‐tier well-being and behaviour support system; introduced new middle leadership structure to oversee student welfare; leveraged professional development for Child Safeguarding and Pastoral Care. Learning for Secondary Students – initiated and maintained focus on high impact assessment, integrated policy redefinition and attendant curriculum review. Established use of assessment and survey data and reflection tools to inform decision making; incorporated Student Voice. Professional Development, Quality and Capacity - Recruit key leadership, teaching and operational positions. Lead whole staff training, goal‐setting and development thereof. Enact effective instructional leadership of Heads of Department. Developed support mechanisms between Senior and Middle Leadership. Restructured staff meeting cycle to promote sustainable and constructive change. Member of School’s Crisis Management Team – contribute to ongoing review of crisis readiness, including adaptive response to COVID‐19 pandemic which has accelerated online learning provision, robust health and safety protocols and accompanying leadership and communications strategies. Effective Partnerships – Liaise closely with HOS and Communications Team to articulate relevant progress and developments, maintaining school’s reputational integrity.
