      As a result of the cyber attack James Hall suffered in December 2021 which had a devastating impact on IT systems and many of our customers it also resulted in the total loss of the Data Warehouse. During this time I was seconded into working as part of the Central IT team in order to help ease the workload of my colleagues. The six months I spent in this role were enjoyable, as well as challenging. It also allowed me the opportunity to learn a host of new skills and develop relationships around the business.
