I worked with Chris on some major capital projects when he was with Gaylor Electric and I would gladly recommend him to any company requiring his skill set. The projects we worked on usually involved compressed time schedules and involved developing innovative field solutions to existing and new installations and commissioning. All aspects of the projects were done smoothly and in a timely fashion due to his skill set and ability to motivate his team and other trades working together cooperatively on the same projects. He is very professional and has an extensive knowledge of electrical codes and electrical installation techniques and troubleshooting.

I have had the pleasure of working with Chris on a very challenging and fast track project. As an expert in his field Chris consistently demonstrated the ability to lead his team and earned the confidence of the CM and our client. In his role as a Project Manager Chris took the time daily to reach out to see if there was anything he could do or help with. This mentality help pave the way for great relationship building with the entire project team. Chris would be an asset to any organization.

In June 2016 I moved into the Building Automation Department. This is a fun, dynamic, young, group to be a part of at this time.We are moving forward with systematic reviews, re-commissioning, and retrofits of existing BAS systems. As of 2/29/16 - I joined the award winning Facilities Management - Utilities Department at The University of Arizona.Presently the department is implementing an extensive BAS upgrade in the central plants. What a fine time to be joining this team. Building Control Integrators [BCI], was formed as an integral DDC provider for BACnet based systems. http://www.deltacontrols.com/homeEngineered and managed building automation systems upgrades, at the Cleveland Clinic.I helped establish this new client relationship; by coordinating the retrofit of a large portion of an existing legacy building automation system. My principle responsibilities for this project included relationship building and coordinating with many hospital departments. Our firm was then able to completely investigate the existing conditions, understand the client’s needs and provide very successful solutions. My daily duties required that I always consider Patient Care as our team’s number one priority. Successfully, I was able to lead and manage our team’s efforts to replace the many existing controllers in a timely fashion, without impacting hospital operations.Spearheaded and coordinated a technician cross-training program, which added depth and versatility to the branch offered services..

Formed in 1985, the principals have striven to provide energy conscious and efficient solutions for clients' engineering needs – long before "green" and "sustainable" became common vocabulary in the building industry.I worked in Energy Conservation Project Development and Engineering Design Services. Investigated, re-designed, and engineered replacements and upgrades for existing electrical service entrances, equipment connections, and building wiring for ESPC Projects.Working from a remote project support position; as an energy efficient electrical design assistant, I helped audit sites and propose/design/implement energy conservation measures for ESPC projects.Supervisor - Mr. Jim Kueck CGD [Legend in Energy with AEE]
