Sriram is one of those individuals, who makes it an absolute pleasure to come into the office just by his passion and positive personality alone. Having worked with him for more 13 years, I have seen firsthand how he inspires the people around him with his deep technical skills, empathy, and ability to build trust. Over the years, he has consistently and adeptly led his engineering team to continuously improve their development processes and their software that is used by nearly 100k scientific and educational users and has provided the leadership to expand the use of their platform internationally and commercially. What is equally impressive is his ability to communicate, negotiate, and manage upward to his leadership team as well as outward to our users. I have learned a lot by working with Sriram. Any organization would be fortunate in having Sriram join their team.

Sriram has led the development team that I currently work on for about 8 years, and he's done a superb job! Our team is comprised of highly skilled software engineers, so the most taxing aspect of managing our team is to shield the engineers from interruptions so that they can get their work done. Sriram has done an outstanding job of this, fielding requests from outside the team and prioritizing them before agreeing to do any work. Our team would not have been nearly as successful without Sriram; he's been a boon to our success. What's most impressive is that he's done all of this while managing to enable a healthy work-life balance for everyone on the team. This is no small feat for a software engineering team, and we've been lucky to have such a persistent and dedicated lead for our team. I would highly recommend Sriram to anyone looking for a great development team leader!
