Manager
-
Jul 2014 - May 2015
My first priority as a manager was to the customers. I ensured that their experience is a positive one, make sure the dining room was kept clean, and resolved any conflicts that may have occurred. My second priority was to keep the restaurant running as smoothly as possible. Since I was trained as a line cook and juice bar attendant, I was able to jump in where ever I was needed to help during a rush. I also made sure the prep was done for the next day's specials, and I kept all of the stations well stocked so that everyone else could continue doing their jobs.
