It is indeed my pleasure, nay honor, to highly recommend Mary B. DeWitt-Dia. Mary and I had the distinct opportunity to establish an unprecedented and mutually beneficial partnership between our organizations, a relationship that was forged by the creativity, innovativeness and leadership of Mary, from its inception to fruition. Mary readily demonstrated the propensity to get things done in the most efficient and expeditious manner possible. I was very impressed with her high energy level, commitment to excellence and strong work ethic. Mary is a rare breed of individual who does not follow the status quo, but always transcends all expectations and then some. I highly recommend Mary!

Among other business administration responsibilities, Mary led the management of a large ($30M+) budget for a very busy software development/implementation/support organization. Each year she would drive the effort to build the budget, and then during the year, she would oversee budget execution. Our budgets were well organized, detailed, and permitted us to manage the organization at the appropriate level of detail (and make adjustments with ease). We were always on budget due to Mary's diligence. She is a true pleasure to work with.
