Kayla immediately accepted the responsibility to work as the producer. In that role she coordinated the other students to make sure we were able to create six newscasts throughout the semester. Kayla was very dependable; she communicated with colleagues, made assignments and organized stories. She was also a quick and creative thinker. All of her peers and I came to rely on her consistent efforts. Kayla never called attention to her efforts. She just got the job done.
