If I had to succinctly describe Noah's work as an RD at Northeastern, it would be "intentional" and "caring." I joined Noah's team as an RA in the middle of the academic year and in the middle of a pandemic. Still, Noah made sure I felt cared for and included -- not just as an employee of Northeastern Residential Life, but as a member of the Northeastern community. Our 1:1s weren't just to keep track of my RA responsibilities, but to make sure I felt comfortable in my role and that I was achieving my goals. Noah wasn't afraid to offer feedback and constructive criticism, and I learned a lot from him on how to be more inclusive and supportive. Noah made a huge positive impact on my experience returning as an RA, and I know he will be sorely missed at Northeastern.
