  As a Reading Intervention Instructional Assistant, I teach the Leveled Literacy Intervention(LLI) Curriculum to elementary age children in the Moreland School District. I engage my students by questioning them on the books that they've read to help them develop critical thinking and articulate their thoughts through various worksheet activities and writing exercises. The curriculum also incorporates games to help them with phonics and word study. I love to teach and it's fulfilling to see the students make progress as they work on their reading and writing skills.

  As a Learning Specialist for ADP, I've trained ADP clients on multiple PC based and Web based applications for payroll, HR and reporting. I am Centra Certified and I delivered virtual training sessions using Microsoft Office Live Meeting and Centra. I have a certification in payroll--CPP(2005) and I have a TESL Certificate(Teaching English as a Second Language) from UC Berkeley Extension.
