Melanie Balasa-Flottman, in the almost-decade that I have known her, has been an inspiration to everyone who has come into contact with her. For the entire time I have known Melanie she has been committed to her passion for fashion design. Her resume can showcase her accomplishments, but until one works alongside Melanie they cannot understand the caliber to which her leadership, attention to detail and and passion for the industry impacts everyone around her. Her entrepreneurial spirit continues to invite new, innovative thinking into her work, consequentially allowing her to evolve design to a new level.
