Built on the idea of flexibility, TruScore can give you nearly all the same options and features regardless of whether the survey content is yours, TruScore’s validated assessments, or anything in between.About TruScoreTruScore, formerly named The Booth Company, is an assessment company with over 4 decades of experience in 360 degree feedback and assessment customization. They offer a fully managed solution, where their team of experts serves as an extension of your internal team, and where their success is tied to yours. Dr. Daniel J. Booth, founded The Booth Company in 1972 conducting communication skill workshops for educators and managers. Over time, Dr. Booth focused on the assessment side of the training industry, and ultimately became the largest distributor for Clark Wilson’s highly respected and validated Task Cycle® line of assessments. In the late ‘90s The Booth Company purchased The Clark Wilson Group and continues to release new and updated versions of their best-selling Task Cycle titles. Dr. Booth retired in 2010, and since then, The Booth Company has been slowly adding a focus area of hosting other organization’s surveys.
