I worked with Francisco for 2.5 years, and in that time I've seen him quickly take on new responsibilities while being able to mentor to new-hire engineers. Because I was leaving my position at IBA (as Senior Systems Engineer and Administrator) I had to transfer my skillset to Francisco in a very short time. After a period of only a few months, I was able to transition my responsibilities to him. These included maintaining all of the radiation equipment Linux servers, writing scripts to make daily administration tasks easier, upgrading PLC controller software, and troubleshooting more complex issues that arose.
