      I conducted research regarding graph orientation motivated by inferring protein-protein interactions in biological networks. This was done with Prof. Danny Segev at Haifa University, Haifa, Israel. During my stay in Israel, I was able to contribute to a paper to appear at CPM 2011.This work was funded by a travel scholarship from the Shwartz-Reisman Foundation.
