Bio
Tyler Greulich, MBA
Shamira is a very enthusiastic individual and has a keen eye for detail, which has allowed her to flourish while simultaneously pursing her MBA and working at UCF Athletics with me. She goes above and beyond of what is asked of her and actively pursues leadership roles in the various groups we have taken part in during classes. She is one of the most dependable people I have been granted the opportunity to work with and has helped challenge me to become a better scholar, employee, and friend. I have no qualms whatsoever in recommending Shamira for any organization or position because I know wholeheartedly, wherever she is, she will leave a lasting impact on anyone who comes in contact with her.

We have been fortunate to have many great interns at the Sunshine State Conference and Shamira is certainly one of our best. Shamira served as a volunteer unpaid intern for the Sunshine State Conference for the spring semester of 2011 and the following summer. She did not receive class credit or payment for the internship; instead, she was working to gain experience and because she has a passion for the athletics industry. She provided 20 hours a week of service and worked at multiple championship events hosted in the central florida area during many weekends. She worked as hard as any full-time, paid employee would work and her attitude was always extremely pleasant. The original volunteer opportunity was done as a spring only commitment. Because she enjoyed the work and wanted to gain further experience, Shamira volunteered to continue giving hours and time to the SSC during the summer months. I would recommend Shamira without hesitation based on three primary factors: (1) top-notch positive attitude, (2) willingness to work hard in order to be a success in the athletics industry, and (3) above average aptitude in handling assignments and tasks.
