Brian is a fantastic team member. He has an positive can do attitude and is willing to learn and take on tasks and projects that are new to him. He is very detailed oriented and follows his tasks through, knowing how to operate autonomously but reaching out for help when needed. Brian was responsible for all BA/QA work related to our ecomm platform, which is critical business system. He assisted in managing our partner relationship with an external SI as well as learning all the integrations related to ecomm. He participated in requirements gathering through to end to end testing. Brian also helped coordinate our internal datawarehouse development and worked with key departments to understand their needs and help translate in to report requirements. I would love to have the opportunity to work with Brian in the future again. Lindsay

Brian joined the team 6 months ago to help mature our processes while still keeping the pace of development required to support growth. Brian is one of those BA's that can walk into a program or project, add structure and support while keeping the team agile enough to keep moving forward. Although Brian's ecommerce experience at the time was minimal, he was able to rely on his cross functional experiences to help elicit requirements, support end to end testing and to roll out our user acceptance testing process. Brian brings a sense of curiosity with him that allows him to quickly understand what the goals are, what is required to get there and how to manage risk along the way. Any technical delivery team would be lucky to have him.
