As social media manager, I am responsible for the management of the OIF's social media accounts and communities. As such, I take part in the development of the Organisation's overall communication strategy, in particular on digital platforms. I have developed the OIF's social media strategy, as well as various social media content development guides for internal use. On Social media platforms, I work mainly to increase the presence and visibility of the OIF, in particular by organizing and planning content related to the missions of the Secretary General, the different programme departments and events of the OIF, and by animating and creating a close relationship and building loyalty among the public. I also ensure the respect of the OIF's visual identity and branding across the Organisation's various social media accounts. I am also responsible for monitoring web trends to link the content of the OIF to, as well as monitoring the competition and ensuring the management of the "e-reputation" of the Organization. Finally, I am responsible for measuring the effectiveness of actions on social media by monitoring and analyzing perfomances and proposing areas for improvement. Show less
