  RIDCC is an annual international choreographic competition in Rotterdam. Up-and-coming choreographic talents from all over the world, in all imaginable dance styles, participate in a duet competition, where they can win outstanding awards. During the three-day festival and beyond, the choreographers take part in a talent development programme, providing them with tools to engage in the dance world. The purpose of RIDCC is to promote diversity and innovation within the art of dance, by engaging unique, choreographic talent. we aspire to be the best possible springboard for choreographic talent.

  The key requirements of my role were:* Strategic planning for NDT 1 & 2 (national/international) in cooperation with artistic and management staff; * Sales and budgeting of the national and international tours for both NDT 1 & 2;* Research and implementation of cooperation’s and or (co)productions;* Managing all rights regarding music, new compositions and revivals;* Negotiations and drafting contracts for theatres, composers, musicians etc.;* Communication and negotiating with author rights organisations/publishers;* Communication with orchestras, composers, musicians and conductors;* Internal communication with regards to planning, music and media;* Responsible for the strategy on film and new media within NDT and building relationships with partners involved;* Realisation and coordination of all media projects (film, tv, vod) with regards to production, rights and communications with all parties involved. Worked with parties such as; Pathé Live and Mezzo France.
