Matt is one of the most fearless, smartest, creative, and tenacious individuals I have ever worked with. Too often I spend my time working to move my clients forward at a rapid clip. Matt is one of the few people I have to keep up with. But at the same time I appreciate his ability to keep his team focused on what is most important at the end of the day. AND his strong knowledge of UX to build better customer centric products is a big asset. I have also enjoyed co-facilitating design thinking workshops with him. (yet another skill BTW).
