To manage and control operations which starts with incoming orders and delivering products to customers warehouses and/or markets of customers such as Metro-Real, BTT(Bizim Toplu Tüketim), Tespo, Migros, Tansaş, Şok, Kipa, Pehlivanoğlu. Projects at Pasifik A.Ş.: Scorecard: Scorecard projects started with Metro, BTT and Kipa. Monthly order and delivery datasets of Pasifik and customers are matched and evaluated to improve the whole process. SAP Cockpit: Ulker SAP Cockpit project was performed; support was given to the project as Pasifik representative. Migros-Şok EDI Project: These two customers’ orders was coming on Migros B2B system and manually transfered to the SAP system; after the EDI Project, that was performed with Map company, orders are transfered automaticaly. Migros Candy and Chocolate Distribution Operation: The delivery of Migros and Tansaş are made to the warehouses but candy and chocolate orders before eids are made to 750 market stores. The orders are taken from the markets by the help of salespersons and revised according to the allocation numbers and deliveries are made according to revised orders. Handling Operation: Due to the high costs of palleted transportation; Migros, Tansaş and Kipa deliveries are made bulk and handling and palletizing of the products are made in the warehouses of customers by giving handling staff support while the products are downloading from the vehicles.
