Meghan was one of the first classmates that I worked with while studying at Nazareth College. We went on to work together in multiple projects, including our capstone culminating program presentation. Meghan was always considered a leader of the group. On more than one occasion Meghan volunteered to lead meetings, and coordinate group tasks. We could always count on her to make sure participating clients were informed, and had an open line of communication. She is a fantastic leader, and her organization skills allow her to delegate gracefully! Meghan is a pleasure to work with, and a courteous team member! Her demeanor makes her a strong asset to any potential employer.

I have the pleasure of knowing Meghan as a coworker and classmate in graduate studies. In both respects, Meghan excels in problem-solving and coming up with creative solutions that proved to be successful in our coursework and professional endeavors. She is personable and is able to connect with people in ways that allow for optimum collaboration amongst different teams and personalities. She exhibited time and time again that obstacles are merely challenges that she faces head-on and uses her experience to find ways to overcome them. All these traits have served her well and will continue to let her grow in her future endeavors.

Lead young alumni giving (0-10 years post-grad), and the senior class giving campaign. With young alumni, I work around the fiscal year calendar (July 1 - June 31) to try and meet our giving participation goals. With opportunities to do some creative new campaigns like the Comfy Campaign (see projects below), it's a really exciting role to have. Young alumni are passionate and invested in the organizations that they give their money to, so it's important to keep them involved, intrigued, and educated about how they can be helpful to the University, financially or not! The Senior Giving Campaign is something special that the University takes great pride in. While the River Campus SGC is well-established and proven to be successful year over year, I've aided in the giving side of things while my counterparts handle the programmatic aspects of the campaign.
