Susette Brooks, MFA

I have the privilege of working under Tiffany's leadership at the New Jersey State Library. Since meeting at my interview, she has maintained a steady vision for our department. I realize this is important because her vision has remained a guiding light during the COVID-19 pandemic. She has had to make quick and difficult decisions, and she has done so while delicately balancing our mission with the safety of her staff. I'm especially appreciative of her support. She's afforded me many professional development and personal growth opportunities. She keenly understands that the organization's mission includes listening to and meeting the needs of its team. Tiffany's integrity, loyalty, and leadership continue to astonish me, and I'm incredibly lucky to have learned so much from her.
