I was blessed to have the opportunity to work with Rachel Aguirre at Quicken Loans . She came in as an intern. However, it was very clear to me and others how talented she was and how much potential she has. I converted her to a full time employee as soon as I possibly could. In a short period of time I positioned her as a strategic partner of mine in many of the day to day activities that surrounded my role as Vice President of Strategy and Development.
