  Hired to implement undergraduate curriculum, lead student development efforts, and provide consistent structure for ~125 students of diverse backgrounds across maximum roster, 5 classes per year, according to university guidelines, board policies, and administrative regulations. Enhance student development by creating a collaborative, learner-centered environment allowing for the brightest ideas to emerge. SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS: ✪ Serving the Division of Health and Human Services for the College of Professional Studies and the Institute for Core Studies for the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Currently teaching General Sociology, Sociology of Institutions, and Sociology of Sport. Previously taught DNY: Political History of New York City Post-WWII. ✪ Innovative Programming: Reinvigorate course curriculum by injecting pop culture, video content, and hands-on creative assignments to ensure material retention and classroom engagement. ✪ Student Retention: Enhance retention benchmarks by assessing and identifying student behavioral, academic, or personal challenges.
