Project ATC Leader and Product Owner (Innovation Program)

Turnover: €8.2B+, 38000+ employees.As a Project ATC Leader, lead Automatic Train Control (ATC) system design projects which include both trackside and onboard design, overseeing on-time delivery, in line with QCD deliverables and as approved by customer. Diligently managed system architecture, design baseline of both GOA 2 & 3 projects, across all phases of project lifecycle viz. preliminary design, detailed design, and warranty phase, which includes supervising defining and allocating of requirements, evaluating design trade-offs, balancing technical risk, defining and assessing interfaces, and keeping close coordination with verification and validation activities, as well as project deployment activities, in line with system roadmap. Function as direct technical interface with customer and internal stakeholders. • Metro de Panamá L2 and L1CManagement of Multi-site development for ATC project interfaces with various Alstom sites viz. Managed the interfaces with Engineering teams, Project Management Consultant's and OEM's. Compiled estimates and BOQ, recorded final measurements and spot check for project package billing. Supervised Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) for electronic interlocking systems and S&T gears.• Directed successful delivery of several national rail infrastructure projects values at $30M+. • Identified and presented gaps to client’s senior management resulting in additional variation order worth $2M over 4 months.
