Financial Management: • Developed, promoted and continually managed a $49 million budget. • Reviewed the completion of a $36 million Capital project in 2010. • Developed, promoted and implemented a $15.8 million Capital project, which downsized facilities and maximized efficiencies in remaining facilities from 2011 through 2014. • In 2016, developed, promoted and implemented a $16.1 million Capital project, which addressed issues from the 5-year facility study, created a new athletic complex and upgraded several safety and security measures. • In 2021, developed, promoted and planned for the implementation of a $34.7 million Capital project, which will address issues from the 5-year facility study, design and build a new elementary school auditorium and add air conditioning throughout most of the District’s buildings. • Continually identified and evaluated innovative cost saving measures, during budget implementation, including right sizing and redeploying faculty and staff throughout the school district. • Negotiated and settled twelve-plus concessionary collective bargaining agreements, as well as individual contracts, in a negative financial climate.
